New week, new possibilities, right? But how do you organise your study time in a simple yet efficient way? Here are 3 quick tips on how to do just that in your planner!

Limit study time to 1-hour blocks - no marathons!
Not only will the set time help you focus better, but you’ll also be able to find and schedule short study blocks easier throughout your day.

Schedule breaks & stick to them!
Your brain needs oxygen to stay sharp and retain what you’ve just learnt. Schedule regular breaks and make sure they include some outdoor time and movement.

Colour code your subjects!
Train your brain to recognise school subjects by color. It’s a satisfying way to quickly recognise what needs to be studied. Pick blue for maths, for example, then colour code all your maths studies in blue.
