My account
Can I choose my own password?
No, sorry; the password is created by our random password generator. That's about the only bit you can't customize with us! ;)
Help! I've forgotten my password!
Click on "log in" and "I forgot my password", and a new password will be sent to the email address registered with us. Panic over!
How do I create an account with you?
Click on "log in" and then "create new account" to enter your email address and create a new account. You'll also get an email sent to you with your login details.
How do I edit my personal address lists?
Click on "My account" to see your personal address lists and edit them.
How do I edit my personal date lists?
Click on "My account" to see all your date lists and edit them.
I would like to receive your newsletter. How do I go about that?
Go to "My account" and log in, or create an account with us, then tick the newsletter box.
I'd like to cancel my account.
Send us an email at hello@personalplanner.com and we'll help you cancel your account.
I've requested a new password but nothing happens.
The email containing your new password may have gotten stuck in your spam folder; check there! It can sometimes take 15-20 minutes before the email is delivered. No luck? Drop us a line at hello@personalplanner.com and we'll help you out!
Why do I need an account with you?
You'll need this to be able to save your personal date lists and personal address lists. This also ensures that you can upload your own pictures safely, without risking anyone else eying them...
Will having an account with you cost me anything?
Nope, nada! An account with us is totally free of charge.
Order
Can I change the font of the cover text?
If you're on a desktop or a tablet, you can change the font on the cover by clicking on the magic wand (bottom left) when uploading a picture. The font cannot be changed when using our single coloured covers, patterns and design themes, however.
Can I order a follow-up?
Absolutely! Just drop us a line at hello@personalplanner.com and we'll help you create a follow-up.
Can I save more than one planner at a time?
If you want to save more planners than one, the best it to put them in your basket, where they will be saved until you finalise the purchase.
Can I see a preview of my planner?
Yes, you can see a preview in your basket. If you click "show more" and "edit", you should be able to see the whole planner again.
Help! How do I upload a picture?
When designing your planner, you'll soon get to the section called "Cover". Now click on "Cover picture" and start uploading your pictures. The images need to be in jpeg format.
How do I order a planner?
Click on "DESIGN NOW", select size, and start designing. Once you're ready, just place the planner in your basket, select payment method, and finalise the purchase. Now all you have to do is wait for some happy mail!
How long will a planner remain in my basket?
The planner will remain there until you chose to finalise your purchase or to delete it from the basket.
What image resolution do you recommend?
We recommend that all images are 200dpi or higher, in order for them to look good when printed. This is a piece of cake for modern mobile phone cameras.

This means the following resolution or higher:
Mini: 827x1118 pixels
Square: 1157x1118 pixels
Wide: 1654x 1118 pixels
Classic (A5): 1157x1614 pixels
Big (A4): 1654x2339 pixels
Wall Planner: 2362x2362 pixels

My order
Can I add something to an already submitted order?
We can't add anything to an already submitted order, but it's easy to create a new one with the products you want to add.
Can I cancel my order?
You have the right to cancel your order up until selecting payment method. If you have already paid, however, or registered for Klarna Invoice, the right to withdraw is no longer in force, in accordance with regulations for distance contracts on mail order purchases, as every planner purchased on personalplanner.com is unique and printed specifically for each customer.
Can I change something in my order?
We want to keep delivery times as short as possible, so the planners and notebooks are automatically sent to print, immediately after your order has been placed. After this point, no further changes can be made.
I haven't received an order confirmation.
It could be stuck in your spam folder; check there! Alternatively, your email address may be misspelled... Drop us a line at hello@personaplanner.com and we'll help you out!
My address is incorrect. How do I change it?

My order is late!
Our approximate delivery times should be fairly accurate, but occasionally shipping can take a little longer than expected. If the approximate delivery time has already passed, please send us an email with your name and order number at hello@personalplanner.com and we'll be happy to help.
What is my order number?
You will find the order number in your order confirmation, available under "My account", when you log back into your account with us.
When will my planner be delivered?
You can follow the progress of your order through your order confirmation page. You'll find this under "My account" on our website.
Product Information
Can I get a wall planner with a month per page?
The wall planner shows one week per page only, but you could hang it so it shows two weeks.
Can I get an inlay in English, but without any preprinted holidays?
Yes, no problem. Just drop us a line at hello@personalplanner.com and we'll sort that for you!
Can I get more than 12 months in my planner?
No, unfortunately that isn't an option, as we're unable to add any extra pages to the planners.
Can I get the month overview in a notebook?
No, unfortunately not.
Can I get the month overview in all planner sizes?
The month overview is only available in the Classic (A5) and the Big (A4) planner sizes, as this option requires more free pages than the other sizes have.
Can I have the weeks start on a Friday or Sunday in my planner?
No, unfortunately we aren't able to offer that option. All our planners have Monday as the start of the week, and end on Sunday.
Do you have any retailers of your products?
No, we sell our planners via our website only, directly to our customers, so that everyone can personalise their own planner individually.
Do you make planners with one day per page?
No, we don't. All our planners show one week over a two-page spread.
How do I create a collage?
You need to create your collage using another service, such as picmonkey.com or the app PhotoGrid. Once your collage is ready, you can upload it as a picture on your account with us.
How do I secure the elastic closure?
To secure the elastic closure, insert the metal ends into the holes in the back cover, then wrap the elastic around your planner. Ta-da!
How many months does a planner run for?
Our planners always run for 12 months, and you choose the starting month.
How much does a planner weigh?
Mini: 176 grams, inc. accessories
Square: 242 grams, inc. accessories
Wide: 340 grams, inc. accessories
Classic (A5): 416 grams, inc.accessories
Big (A4): 876 grams, inc. accessories
Wall Planner: 411 grams, inc. accessories
How thick is the paper in the planners?
All paper we use is 130 grams paper, carrying the eco-labels FSC, PEFC, ISO 14001, Paper Profile and EMAS.
The paper is produced in a paper mill called Arctic, which carries the Nordic Swan eco-label.
Our printing office is also ISO 14001 certified.

What do I do with the ruler?
The idea is to use the ruler as a bookmark to show the current week, and because you can pull it out and reinsert it easily, you can move it along with the weeks.
What is the starting month of the planners?
You choose your own starting month, and the planner will run for 12 months, regardless of what month you select.
What's a plastic pocket?
The plastic pocket is a complementary accessory that comes with each planner. Like the ruler, you can pull it out and reinsert it wherever you want in the planner, fastening it to the coil. Never lose a receipt again!
Where will the month overview be placed?
Each two-page spread of the month overview will be placed before each corresponding month, throughout the planner.
Which holidays will come preprinted in the planner?
All national holidays corresponding to your selected country inlay will be preprinted in the planner. We'll throw in a few fun theme days there too, for good measure! :)

When designing your planner, you'll find a camera icon under "Colour - Pattern - Photo". Click on that to see all our gallery pictures.

When placing an order for 4 planners or more, a discount is automatically applied at the checkout.

Shipping
Can I change my delivery address?
If the package hasn't left us yet, we can still change the delivery address. Send us an email at hello@personalplanner with the new address and your order number, and we'll have a look!
Can I pay to get the planner delivered faster?
No, unfortunately not. We deliver the planners as quickly as possible, and aren't able to speed up the process further.
Do you have a tracking number for my planner?
We ship all our packages with regular First Class mail, so tracking isn't available, unfortunately.
Do you ship everything in one package or do you split up the order?
We often split up the order in separate packages, but they're always shipped on the same date.
Do you ship to military bases (FPO/AP addresses)?
Yes, we do.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we do.
How long is the delivery time?
Sweden: approx. 1 week
Norway: approx. 2 week
Germany: approx. 2 weeks
Europe: approx. 3 weeks
USA: approx. 3 weeks
Rest of the world: between 3 and 6 weeks, depending on country of destination.
I ordered two planners but have only received one.
If the planners are part of the same order, they will be shipped from us on the same date but in separate packages. The second package should be delivered shortly, but if it isn't, please get in touch, quoting your order number: hello@personalplanner.com.
What countries do you ship to?
We offer worldwide shipping, but we require a PO box address in some countries, for a safe delivery.
What delivery method do you use?
We ship all our packages First Class, with the standard postal service.
Why two shipping costs when it's all one order?
Since the planners are shipped in individual packages, the shipping cost is doubled, even if both are in the same order.
Payment
Can I pay through PayPal?
Yes, you can. You can choose to pay as guest or through your own PayPal account.
Do I make a secure payment through your website?
When paying, you will be redirected to our payment providers' external sites, where your payment is secure.
I was charged an international Service Fee. Why?
If you live outside of Sweden, you will be making an international transaction when paying for your order. Some banks will take a small fee for making an international payment. This bank fee is completely unrelated to Personal Planner, and we disclaim all responsibility for it. Check with your bank if you have any concerns regarding this!
I've paid my order, but it's marked as "invoiced". Why?
If you've selected Klarna as payment method, the payment will go directly to them, and the order will be marked as "invoiced" in our system. If you're uncertain whether your payment has been registered, contact Klarna at info@klarna.se.
We are placing an order as a company. Can you send us an invoice?
